Fantastic breakfast with made-to-order omelets.

Our mornings began with a fantastic breakfast filled with local cheeses, freshly baked bread, and delicious omelets. Plus, the free ice cream in the lobby was a delightful treat!

However, the room got quite warm at night despite the provided fan and portable air conditioner. A minor hiccup, but it affected our sleep quality.

We absolutely love the hotel's superb location, just a short walk from the central station and right in the heart of the old town, making it easy to explore local attractions. The breakfast was fantastic, featuring a variety of fresh local foods, and we enjoyed the complimentary minibar items, which were a pleasant surprise!

Street noise is a significant issue, especially at night!!! The lack of air conditioning made for a sweaty stay, and the old elevator is simply not acceptable in this day and age!!! The room size left much to be desired!!!

The staff were incredibly helpful, and they even

held my bags for me when I arrived early. I loved the complimentary drinks in the fridge and the breakfast options were impressive. However, the street noise made sleeping tricky at times, especially on weekends.

the lack of air conditioning was just awful, and what's worse? I asked for an iron twice, only to be told it was 'challenging'! I almost gave a good review, but where was my complimentary welcome drink? as a special guest, I certainly expected that, and the old man at the desk didn’t help either. disappointment all around!

The location was ideal, right in the heart of the old town! The staff went above and beyond to assist (truly exceptional! ). I loved that we could store our bags after checking out while exploring. Breakfast was a delightful experience!

Still, the helpful staff made the stay enjoyable, and I loved the free items from the minibar.

The breakfast spread was a delightful surprise, way better than I expected, and I enjoyed some free ice cream during my stay! They also had a cozy lounge area and a nice rooftop terrace to kick back and relax. Just a heads up, the bathroom sink is a bit cramped, but it didn’t ruin my trip at all. 😊

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a welcome drink. The staff helped me with places to visit on my first stay, and their friendliness always impresses me. I highly recommend it and I'm coming back for a holiday.

It was just a solid selection for a momentary pause in Zurich with definitely value for money. The hotel was modern and clean, which made settling in easy after a long day of travel. Make sure to ask about the breakfast options, as I found out they had tasty omelets made right when you order!

A lovely hotel situated near the train station and old town, perfect for exploring local restaurants. The breakfast was an absolute highlight, featuring a variety of options including hot egg dishes made to order. However, the bed was a bit soft for my preference, and the bathroom mirror was too high for me to use comfortably. Even so, the friendly staff and convenient location made this stay enjoyable.

We visited Zurich with our two little kids, and the family-friendly atmosphere was fantastic. The breakfast spread was a hit with the kids, especially the delicious yogurt and fresh pastries. The staff was always kind and attentive, ensuring we had a great stay.
