I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was beautifully decorated and had a very comfortable bed. The staff were extremely helpful in providing directions to the town center and recommending the best bus to take. The meal I had at the restaurant was delicious and great value for money. The portion sizes were generous and the food was cooked to perfection. The cooked breakfast was just as enjoyable and definitely worth the money.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were friendly and attentive, the bedrooms were excellent and very clean.

Welcoming atmosphere, private and relaxing room, generous hospitality tray with filled kettle, spotless glasses and cups, sizeable bath with good hot water, "rainforest" shower.

One drawback we experienced was a small issue with the bed, which had uncomfortable wrapping. However, we simply pushed it off and it was fine.

Beautiful building, superior rooms, glorious food. Busy staff remained calm. No good makeup lighting. Lovely stay, will return.

The location near Llandaff Cathedral is ideal, with banks, shops, pubs, restaurants, and pleasant walks nearby. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with excellent service from the friendly staff. The Full Works breakfast was delicious, and the outdoor seating area provided a lovely view. The room even had a unique feature, a build-in TV at the end of the bath.

There was no built-in radiator in the room, but the portable electric radiator provided sufficient heat.

One of the best aspects was the location, as it was within walking distance of all the attractions in this city. We especially enjoyed the beautiful Llandaff cathedral, which was very close by. Additionally, the breakfast provided was excellent, and we appreciated the convenience of the on-site parking.

The hotel's location in Llandaff village offers a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle, yet still within easy reach of Cardiff's attractions.

Some guests mentioned a lack of decent lighting for applying makeup, which could be improved.

The room was spacious and well-appointed with a coffee machine and iron/ironing board. The bed was large and comfortable, and the shower was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was convenient for exploring the area and visiting Llandaff Cathedral and village, as well as being close to Cardiff centre. I had a fantastic stay.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, not too far from the city center and close to beautiful Bute Park. The hotel offers complimentary parking and Wi-Fi, which was a big plus for me. The staff here are extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The room amenities were great, including ironing facilities and tea/coffee making facilities. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with a flat-screen TV and cozy carpeted floors. The bathroom was ultra-modern and even had a TV! the service at this place was impeccable, making my stay extremely enjoyable.

Some of the furnishings in the room looked a bit worn, but considering the price range, it was still above the standard I expected. The only minor issue I had was the noise from the kitchen that could be heard late at night and in the early hours of the morning.

The hotel had excellent amenities, including free Wi-Fi and a well-stocked bar/lounge area. our experience here was top-notch and we would love to stay again in the future when the prices are more reasonable.

Our stay at The Maltsters Inn was excellent value for money. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a luxurious bed. The location was beautiful, overlooking a lovely area. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved by adding more vegetarian options.
