The hotel had a prime location, right next to a park and within walking distance to major shops. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always opening doors for us and making us feel at home. the complimentary tea and little hand towels upon arrival were a nice touch.

Our experience at this hotel was far from pleasant. the biggest issue was that we had no keys to our rooms and had to constantly call for someone to open them for us.

During my recent stay at the Mandarin Oriental, I was delighted by their exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience truly memorable. One evening, I mentioned to the restaurant staff that it was my birthday, and they surprised me with a complimentary bottle of champagne in my room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel truly special. The hotel room itself was cozy and comfortable, with all the luxurious amenities you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city. I had a perfect stay at the Mandarin Oriental and would highly recommend it.

Despite a small inconvenience with the bathroom, the overall experience was fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is a lavish stay with exquisite modern amenities, making us feel exclusive. the staff was polite, welcoming and provided exceptional service without making us feel neglected.

We experienced an issue with the room's temperature. Although the heating was set to 20 degrees, the room still felt a bit chilly, especially when we woke up in the morning.

Travelling alone, I loved the stunning view of Hyde Park from my room. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the rooms were cozy and well-equipped.

I felt right at home, no complaints.

I loved the fact that the hotel provided extra amenities like a toothbrush and nespresso and tea making facilities. the USB ports at each side of the bed were also very convenient. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic, being situated in a prime spot in the city.

I was disappointed with the inconsistency in the quality of rooms. My first room was incredibly claustrophobic with tiny windows facing a dark alley/courtyard.
