The location was mind-blowing, with stunning countryside and a charming village community. Jessica, our host, was super friendly and accommodating. The space was comfortable, and the shower was jaw-dropping after a day of mountain biking. The onsite café was a godsend, with delicious homemade food and excellent breakfast options. The community shop provided everything we needed, and the cottage had all the amenities we could ask for. We loved the fenced orchard and the nearby playground. The restoration of this historic site was meticulous, and the whole place had a wonderful community feel. We can't wait to return!

Amazing community shop with excellent food and provisions. Wonderful community feel in the village. 11th-century church next door. Playground and large playing field within a 3-minute walk. Walks, boat hire, and beautiful countryside nearby. Community-led café onsite with delicious homemade food and friendly staff. Location is great, with easy access to local attractions and activities. Friendly and helpful host.

We had such a fantastic stay at Manor Farm Courtyard Cottages. The restoration of the historic site was done with great care and consideration. The kitchen and bathrooms were high spec and the cottage itself was clean and comfortable. We loved the fact that there was a fenced-in Orchard where we could relax and hang our clothes out to dry. The highlight of our stay was the amazing community shop just across the courtyard that provided us with everything we needed, from provisions to delicious food, smoothies, and juices. The village had a wonderful community feel and the 11th-century church next door added to the charm. We also enjoyed the playground and playing field nearby. The location was perfect for walks and we even had the opportunity to hire a boat. The surrounding countryside was simply glorious.

There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay. We would have appreciated more cottage essentials for cooking, such as oil and foil.

The community-led cafe onsite was a godsend for us as vegetarians and vegans. They served homemade quiches, salads, and pastries that were absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly and efficient, making our dining experience enjoyable. Additionally, the community shop across the courtyard provided excellent food options and provisions, including smoothies and juices, making it easy for us to find vegetarian and vegan-friendly options.

Felt like they were family, no complaints whatsoever.
