The layout was easy to navigate, especially for us seniors, and the garden offered a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Cons: Would appreciate softer lighting in the rooms for a more peaceful rest for us seniors; perhaps the children working there could consider adding dimmers.

I had a fantastic stay at the Cricketers Inn in Steep while exploring the Great Southern Trail of TET on my motorcycle. the pub offered delicious food prepared by a talented chef, comfortable rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere. the staff were exceptionally friendly, and the dog-friendly bar was a plus. the full English breakfast was impeccable, and the overall experience was memorable thanks to the excellent service.

My recent stay at this hotel was a delightful experience. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Sophie who went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. the room was beautifully decorated and clean, with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. the bar area was dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for us as we were traveling with our furry companion. the location, adjacent to beautiful footpaths and fields, provided a great opportunity for leisurely strolls and exploring the picturesque surroundings. the restaurant served delicious food, with a diverse selection of ales to choose from.

The breakfast portions were on the smaller side, and it would have been nice to have more generous servings. there were some issues with the in-room amenities, such as the tea/coffee machine not functioning properly.

had a lovely time in petersfield, revisited the area and chose a small inn in steep. cricketers inn exceeded expectations with warm staff, comfortable rooms, and great breakfast selection. hugh and team went above and beyond.
