Great river side location with everything within walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with extra amenities available if needed. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure our needs were met. The meals were fantastic and served with a smile. a homely and welcoming experience.

Although the bedroom was small with limited space for luggage and no sitting area, it didn't hinder our stay. The lack of a TV in the bedroom was not a major issue as there were other common areas to relax.

The owner and staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely modern finish. The hotel is perfectly situated on the riverside, making for a beautiful view. Free parking was also a bonus.

The blinds didn't block out the light, so I was woken up early by the sunlight. The bathroom decor and layout felt a bit clinical.

I recently stayed at a lovely place in Thurso called Manor House. The staff were friendly and there was plenty of parking available. The breakfast was pleasant with delicious hot food, although some of the products seemed more like supermarket fare rather than homemade. The whole building had been recently refurbished to a very high standard, and my room was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The owner even recommended a fantastic restaurant nearby and arranged for a taxi to take us there and back. it was a delightful experience.

The value for money at this family-run hotel was incredible. The room was recently renovated and had all the comforts we needed. The location was great, within walking distance to the town and art gallery. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always asked if we needed anything for our rooms.

The food for breakfast could have been improved by offering a wider variety of coffee options.

We loved the location of this hotel, right on the river with parking opposite. It was also conveniently close to the town center and a short walk from the railway station, which was perfect for catching our early train. The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is not far from the railway station where I had an early train. it is very close to the town center, just five minutes away. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and the breakfast provided was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. the service was welcoming and the atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing.
