We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel by the ocean. The location was just perfect, with stunning views of the sea from our balcony. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning and a mini-bar. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist us with our needs. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the free glass of Madeira wine upon check-in. The hotel also had fantastic facilities, including a spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a sun terrace. this place provided us with a luxurious and comfortable experience that we would highly recommend to families.

I recently stayed at Hotel Baia Azul for a week and it was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful from the moment we arrived. The hotel is located in a beautiful residential area, with a big shopping center and local restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and clean, with a stunning sea view balcony. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of pastries, fresh omelettes, and different fruits every day. The pool area was also lovely, surrounded by exotic plants. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Great complimentary breakfast and shuttle service. The location let us easily walk to lots of restaurants and bars. The bed was really comfortable and the view was breathtaking, especially during sunset.

The staff were not very accommodating. We called ahead to ask for a specific room location for our romantic escape but they didn’t fulfill our request without explanation.

Had a fancy meal at Ocean restaurant, swam in 3 awesome pools, and sipped on refreshing drinks at the Blue Bar. Also, managed to get my shopping fix at Forum Madeira.

Oh, and let's not forget the wonderful experience of paying extra for safety deposit and beach towel changes. So convenient, right?

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location, situated just above the ocean, provided breathtaking panoramic sea views from our spacious and beautifully decorated room. The service was top-notch, from the friendly and helpful reception staff who spoke excellent English, to the always-smiling maids who greeted us every day. We were impressed by the wide range of amenities offered, including room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry. The room itself was complete with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee making facilities. We also enjoyed the mini-bar and the in-room safe for added convenience. The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort, and the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. We also appreciated the entertainment facilities, such as the flat-screen TV and the bar/lounge area.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
