The hotel had a great location, right on the seafront and close to the town center. the view from the room was amazing, overlooking the sea and a lovely park. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a huge bed and plenty of coat hangers in the wardrobe. the staff were friendly and efficient, and the food was hot, appetizing, and had a good variety. the price of drinks at the bar was also very reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise.

Some of the staff, especially the manager and waiting team, were quite aggressive and made us feel anxious when asking for anything. the food portions were also very small, and there was an incident where they refused a second bowl of porridge to one of our friends.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any queries or requests. The hotel had a great location, with lovely sea views from some of the rooms. It was also convenient to have free parking available on-site, making it easy to explore the surrounding area without worrying about finding a space.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the rooms were quite dated in terms of decor, which could use some updating.

The hotel's location right on the Paignton sea front is fantastic. I loved being able to walk across the road and be on the beach in just a few steps. It was also convenient to have shops, restaurants, and pubs nearby, making it easy to find everything I needed during my stay. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the free parking provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. the best aspects of this hotel were its proximity to the beach and amenities, as well as the cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff.
