I had a wonderful experience at the Hq Rooms Apartments. the location was perfect, with easy access to both Joaquin Sorolla and Nord stations. It was also just a short walk to the city center. the apartment itself was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the spacious lounge and dining area were perfect for our group of 8, and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy for us to cook and chat together. the bedrooms were comfortable and had ample storage space. I also appreciated the central air-conditioning and the elevator in the building. it was a great place to stay.

It made exploring the city of Valencia a breeze, and I could easily travel to the center of the city in no time. Additionally, the cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable. It was evident that the management put in a lot of effort to keep everything immaculate. The facilities provided were also top-notch, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and even a TV with a Netflix account for entertainment. Finally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier than expected and providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The check-in process was quite poor, with staff having difficulties processing payments and being unhelpful. the elevator was glitchy and even resulted in some of our group being stuck for a while.
