The little touches such as fresh milk and a bottle of cold water in the room were greatly appreciated. We even had a medical emergency during our stay, and the staff made us feel like we were with family, providing us with the necessary support. We will definitely be coming back here again.

The only downside was that the breakfast needed to be booked in advance, and we weren't aware of this. Also, the towel provided in the room was only for one person, even though we had booked for two.
