the hotel is conveniently located across the street from a shopping area, with an Aeon Department store and various restaurants. Additionally, it is very close to Rinkai Line Shinagawa Seaside station, making it easy to explore the city.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent, especially considering the reasonable prices for the rooms. Secondly, the location was surprisingly convenient, with a shopping mall and train station right across the road. Lastly, I was impressed with the attention to detail in the rooms, particularly the excellent view from the Semi-Double bed.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

The room was spacious enough for us and the bed was comfortable. the hotel was located near a train station and a shopping center, which was really convenient for us. We also appreciated the free wifi, it was fast enough for checking emails and social media.

The breakfast wasn't great and was definitely overpriced. We didn't like that it wasn't included in the room rate.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really appreciated the convenient location. Being close to the train station made it easy to travel around Tokyo and explore the city. having a supermarket right in front of the hotel was very convenient for picking up any necessary supplies. Another advantage was the direct bus to Haneda airport, which made it a breeze to catch my flight without any hassle.

One downside of the hotel was that there wasn't much to do in the immediate vicinity. While the shopping mall across the road provided some options, the area itself didn't offer a lively atmosphere or many bars for those seeking nightlife.
