I adored the charming decoration in the hotel's lobby area, with its cozy armchairs and beautiful floral arrangements. It made me feel like I was in a lovely English garden, perfect for taking a rest after a long day of exploring. the hotel's easy accessibility for senior people, with everything conveniently located on the ground floor, made my stay relaxed and enjoyable.

I wish the children working there were a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

the exclusive amenities were beyond our expectations. the room had advantages that we haven't seen in other hotels before. the service was impeccable and professional. the private facilities were top-notch, and the location was convenient with easy access to public transport. In-room breakfast was served on time and hot.

One minor issue we experienced was with the sauna.

The staff were extremely professional and pleasant, focusing on every detail to provide the best service. Marina at reception made our stay a real pleasure. The room had great views and the bar staff were flexible. a pleasant stay.

During our romantic escape, we stayed at an apartment hotel in Canary Wharf with a superb location. the room was spacious and comfortable with great views. the hotel was also conveniently located near shops and transportation. We enjoyed our stay and the extra-large bed, which gave us a chance to rest and relax.

The lift operation with the room key card was a bit temperamental, which caused inconvenience. We also had some negative experiences with the bar service.

The location was convenient, with easy access to Canary Wharf and central London. In the morning, I enjoyed the view from my room on the 10th floor. The staff were professional and well-trained, providing great service. The apartment itself was lovely, with comfortable furniture and a clean bathroom.

The sofa in the living room was torn and not a sofa bed, which was a bit odd.

It also had a well-equipped kitchen, which had more space compared to other apartments in London. The highlight for me was how quiet the room was. Thanks to the double-glazed windows and soundproofed walls, I couldn't hear a sound! The location was great too, with convenient access to shops and the DLR just a short walk away. The staff were extremely attentive and professional, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. They even helped with my luggage, which was a bonus. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again in the future.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks. There was a bit of noise from the nearby train, which affected my sleep.
