I had the most amazing experience at this hotel. The location was absolutely breathtaking, situated in the hills surrounded by the beautiful Bison Valley. The views from here were simply stunning. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the room service to the car hire and laundry services, everything was taken care of with utmost care and professionalism. The hotel offered a wide range of amenities such as a spa and wellness center, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and even a game room with billiard tables. The rooms were well-appointed and had all the necessary facilities, including a flat-screen TV, mini-bar, and a terrace to enjoy the lovely surroundings.

Located in a beautiful hill region, this hotel had amazing panoramic views of the valley below and was an ideal location to spend Christmas. We enjoyed the daily walks that offered a great way to explore the area. the restaurant was very good and the staff was helpful and attentive.

Our stay was not without its faults. the room we were given was small and cramped, and the bed was uncomfortable.
