Had a great city trip and stayed at a fantastic hotel! The hotel was in a perfect location, close to all the main attractions we wanted to visit, but still away from the hustle and bustle. We loved the spacious and sparkling clean rooms, and the friendly staff were always available when we needed anything. The bar had a great ambiance and we enjoyed a few drinks there after our busy days.

The breakfast wasn't as good as expected. Some of the food was cold and didn't taste great, and the coffee was not up to our standards.

Though we missed breakfast, the birthday dinner we hosted was exceptional, with amazing food and service. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We even had the thrill of bumping into Crystal Palace players, getting a photo with the coach. The ice machines on each floor and the room's own ice bucket were convenient. The hotel was happy to accommodate four ladies sharing a room and two extra friends for a few hours. Check-in and check-out times allowed us to enjoy more time together. The staff, rooms, and leisure center were all top-notch.

The hotel itself is situated in a bright area and the lobby looks fabulous, giving off a sense of grandeur. The staff at this hotel provided excellent service and were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the ones in the restaurant at breakfast. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a sitting area where I could relax after a long day. I also appreciated the room amenities such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, and a mini-bar. the comfort and quality of this hotel made my stay truly enjoyable.
