The hotel's design and style were impressive, with a modern and clean atmosphere. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing a welcoming experience. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a super king-sized bed that ensured a good night's sleep. the hotel offered ample parking, making it convenient for guests with vehicles.

Some staff members, particularly in the bar area, lacked customer focus, which was a downside. the lobby/bar area, while suitable for meetings, was not conducive to a relaxed drink in the evening.

We had a fantastic stay at the Marriott Hotel in Leicester. The Christmas decorations created a cozy and festive atmosphere. The staff were friendly and professional, and the facilities were excellent. The modern and comfortable bedrooms, with their natural fillings bedding, ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel's function room was fantastic for our annual party. Breakfast was of high quality, and the restaurant staff were helpful.

The breakfast was average and could be improved. We wanted to have an omelette, but the chef was using the same pans for ham and meat.

The rooms at the Marriott were well appointed and the air conditioning was a plus, especially during the June heatwave. We also appreciated the Nespresso machine and the dressing robe provided in the room. The location of the hotel was handy for us as it provided easy access to our local clients. Had a great city trip and stayed at a fantastic hotel! the hotel was in a perfect location, close to all the main attractions we wanted to visit, but still away from the hustle and bustle. We loved the spacious and sparkling clean rooms, and the friendly staff were always available when we needed anything. the bar had a great ambiance and we enjoyed a few drinks there after our busy days.

The breakfast wasn't as good as expected. Some of the food was cold and didn't taste great, and the coffee was not up to our standards.
