We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch. The hotel facilities were great, especially the lovely garden area and patio. The staff were extremely helpful and made us feel comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the city center, Alton Towers, and the festival. The breakfast provided was delicious.

I had a wonderful stay at a lovely bed & breakfast. The hosts were exceptional and went above and beyond. The room was clean, warm, and well-equipped with towels, tea and coffee facilities, and even complimentary biscuits. I loved the dimming switches for the lighting, creating a nice atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable and had convenient plugs on both sides. The breakfast offered was perfect, with options for extra tea, coffee, toast, and cereal. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this property.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the city center and Alton Towers, and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were quite reasonable considering the convenient location. The staff at this hotel were also very attentive and made sure my stay was comfortable.

The breakfast served in the morning was delicious, with a variety of options including a full English. Despite some minor drawbacks like steep stairs and a small family room, the overall experience was great. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Derby. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return in the future.

My new year experience at this hotel was great! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and they offered me a complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi. The hotel's location was key, as it was situated near multiple bus stops that regularly travelled to the city centre and various shopping locations. Another advantage was the hotel's affordable price, which was a great value for the money.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. The bathroom door was a bit finicky and hard to keep straight when leaving, causing some inconvenience.

The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk from a beautiful park where I could enjoy my daily walks. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern amenities and a lovely ensuite bathroom. the breakfast served was delicious and included a variety of options like cereals, juice, tea, coffee, and a full English breakfast.

One downside of the hotel was the noise from the traffic. As my room was located at the front, I had to deal with quite a bit of noise throughout my stay.
