like home. Adam and Christine from the dining area were especially attentive, ensuring our dining experience was top-notch. The only hiccup was the slightly outdated decor in the common areas, but the charm of the historical setting made up for it.

I love how close this hotel is to a bus stop and nestled within a beautiful park. The room I stayed in was spacious, organized, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even better.

The extensive breakfast options and the warm service from the staff truly enhanced my stay, making it a memorable experience in a cozy university setting. The cleanliness and comfort of the room added to the overall enjoyment.

The television in my room didn’t function properly, which was incredibly frustrating. I reported it, but nothing was done, leaving me stuck with limited channels and pixelated images. Additionally, the wi-fi was unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected throughout my stay. To top it off, I found the coffee maker to be non-operational, which was disappointing given the anticipation of a morning brew.

Had a great time with friends! We visited Arthur's Seat and explored the Royal Mile. The breakfast was a feast with fresh fruits and hot items. The staff were super friendly. Rooms were clean and cozy, ideal for a group getaway.

Ordered room service, but it never came. I checked the next morning and they had no record of it, which was disappointing.

The room was clean and modern, providing the comfort needed for a good night's sleep. However, the view was hampered by trees, and the somewhat cramped rooms had a student-hall feel. Still, the friendly staff and convenient bus access made the stay enjoyable.

Free wi-fi in rooms was handy. The bar/lounge area was nice, but parking was tricky.

Had a fab stay! The room was super comfy, and the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast spread was so good. I loved the smoked salmon and the fresh pastries. Just a tiny issue was the parking, which got kinda tight during peak hours. Aside from that, totally enjoyed my time here!

The breakfast was great , especially the choice they have, I could create my own plate with fruits, meats, and just about everything you can imagine. Plus, my partner and I found the room to be spacious and clean , with a lovely big bathroom that was perfect for unwinding after a day out.

It wasn’t exactly cheap , but for what you get, it was still acceptable.
