The check-in process was excruciatingly slow, taking nearly 3 hours without any accommodations for weary travelers!!! Noise issues from adjoining rooms detracted from the experience. The shuttle service lacked adherence to schedule, disrupting my plans.

I had a pleasant experience during my stay. The shuttle service was efficient, and the staff made a good impression at the airport. The dining options offered great local flavors, and I enjoyed the evening meal. I did encounter a slight delay during check-out, which was troublesome given my flight schedule. Overall, I would consider returning to this location in the future, especially since I appreciate convenience being a couple from Italy.

i had an excellent stay with super comfy beds and a restaurant that was open late, making it perfect for any traveler like me who loves to explore the city hustle and bustle. It’s just a short walk of around 500 meters to the lively zona g bogota and the botanical garden at about 4 km, where i enjoyed some peaceful park views.

Loved the comfy beds and the free shuttle! Breakfast was just okay though and nothing like the enticing photos online. I’d consider staying here again.
