As bike riders, we were thrilled with the secure bike storage and repair workshop available at The Hospitality. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area on our bikes.

The hotel's location was excellent, right by the town center and opposite a bustling shopping area. Our room had a view of the opposite wall, but it was spacious and modern. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. the hotel had decent value for money.

check-in was slow, and we were denied entry to the restaurant for being a few minutes late. The steak we ordered was tough and the staff were unresponsive.

the bed was a bit uncomfortable for our liking as we prefer a softer mattress. our room faced the main road, so we could sometimes hear traffic noise.

after a disappointing previous stay in Bridgwater, Mercure pleasantly surprised us this time. Comfy beds, quiet room, and a much-needed aircon made our longer stay enjoyable. Breakfast was tasty and served in-room for free. Mercure exceeded our expectations.
