During my recent business trip, I stayed at a hotel in a drab business park. The location was easy to find, which was a relief for a stranger like me. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfy bed and a nice sofa bed. The bathroom was very clean and had a lovely shower with plenty of hot water. The staff were friendly and provided helpful local information. The hotel itself was clean and fairly new.

The hotel seemed to be understaffed, with only two people running around doing everything, which could be improved.

This hotel is great! The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are spacious and always clean. The location is ideal, right off the dual carriage way and near a petrol station, supermarket, and eating places. The staff provide excellent service and the basic amenities are all in good condition.

My xmas at this hotel was decent. The complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi eased my stay. Plus, the shopping centre nearby and the easy taxi ride to the station were a bonus.

The location wasn’t great, as the hotel was placed on an industrial estate. the room was small and the staff was not welcoming.
