The best aspects of this hotel were its location and the helpfulness of the staff. The hotel was conveniently located next to the city centre and not far from the railway station, making it easy to explore the city and travel around. The staff were amazing, from the friendly welcome by Craig to the excellent service provided by everyone we encountered. They went above and beyond to assist us, including helping us with printing our boarding passes and even providing us with an umbrella for the unpredictable British weather. The hotel facilities were also great, with comfy beds, luxurious sheets and pillows, and nice tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.

This hotel is in a prime location, really close to the train station and near to everything we wanted to explore. The room was small, but the bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels were crisp and white. The breakfast had good options and was tasty. The shower in the bathroom was fabulous, and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

And to top it all off, there's even a fitness center with a jacuzzi for guests to relax in after a long day of sightseeing!

The hotel's beautiful interior, spotless bedrooms, and friendly staff impressed us. We appreciated the option to have freshly cooked eggs to order. The vintage exterior and modern, clean interior added to the overall value for money.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was great, very central and just a 3-minute walk from the commercial street. It was also perfect for exploring the trendy bars on Greek street and the city center. Getting around Leeds and to the train station or coach station was a breeze. Plus, there were plenty of great places to go out nearby. The service here was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping always available. The staff were genuine and lovely, making us feel welcome and creating a great impression.
