The spa facilities were delightful! ! An upgrade to our room provided a lovely view of the canal. Staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay truly enjoyable.

Some areas felt dated and in need of refreshing. Although the breakfast service was quick, the food selection could be improved for better variety.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the bustling city center. I enjoyed the spacious room with modern decor, and the spa facilities were a fantastic touch for relaxation after a day of exploring.

However, my room was quite warm, making it hard to sleep. Consider an evening stroll along the canal for a serene experience!

However, noise disturbances around 7 AM affected our mornings, and the only breakfast option was English, which might not suit everyone. Additionally, while clean and spacious, the room could use some updating for furniture and decor.

Consider taking the unique dinner cruise option for a memorable meal experience, as it offers great food and a lovely atmosphere on the water.

absolutely lovely staff, but my room had stains on the bathroom door, very unsightly. The pool was only adequate, and I felt neglected since no one attended to my comfort. I would’ve expected a complimentary upgrade for my trouble, but I guess those are reserved for the special guests. So disappointing. Truly disappointing.

mill hotel & spa is just a short walk from the center, which is super convenient. the gym and pool were great amenities to have, and i absolutely loved the relaxing 25-minute neck & shoulder massage. it was such a nice touch to enjoy a glass of prosecco afterward!

After a weekend escape, I must say, the friendly staff and delicious breakfast stole the show. The room was spacious, including a cozy sofa, but the bathroom felt cramped. A minor issue, as the location made exploring the city a breeze. Still, attention to room cleanliness could be improved! Worth considering for a relaxing trip!

The hotel boasts an excellent central location, just a short walk from the local attractions, making exploration easy. Staff members were exceptionally friendly and provided a great atmosphere, especially at the bar where local beers were reasonably priced. However, the room we stayed in was disappointing. cleanliness was lacking with peeling furniture and cobwebs present. Additionally, one bathroom door was difficult to shut and lacked basic amenities like hand soap, indicating a need for maintenance and thorough cleaning.
