We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. The room was warm, comfortable, and had all the amenities we could have hoped for. The location was excellent, just a short walk away from a Jazz club we were attending. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the bar had a great selection of drinks. There were even screens for football enthusiasts. We didn't have to wait long for lifts despite the hotel being busy. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The receptionist was so friendly and efficient, giving us a great first impression. The room was modern, spacious, and clean, with everything we needed. The spa facilities and gym were also spot-on, perfect for relaxing and staying active during our stay.

At breakfast, the man who took our room number seemed a bit rushed and didn't offer us coffee or toast. It would have been nice for someone to explain where things were and offer some assistance, especially since it was our first time staying at the hotel.
