We recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel and restaurant in Sheffield. The staff were exceptional and made our experience truly enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, even though the air conditioning was not working. The manager quickly provided fans for our rooms, which helped with the humidity. The hotel's location near the train station and a restaurant we were visiting was also very convenient. We look forward to returning to this Innkeeper's establishment on our next visit to Sheffield.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location in Sheffield. The staff at this hotel, Miller & Carter, were fantastic. Even though we arrived a bit early, they were kind enough to store our luggage for us until our room was ready. The room itself was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, the comfiest bed I've ever slept in. The air conditioning was a blessing, especially during a hot summer stay. The hotel was centrally located and the staff, particularly a young man who checked us in and Lisa, were extremely helpful and accommodating. Despite a few minor issues, our overall experience was lovely and we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent staff, 1st class service, helpful and friendly. Manager provided fans when AC was broken. Convenient location for Sheffield Doc Festival. Comfy beds. Delicious steaks at the restaurant.

I had a wonderful experience at The Innkeeper's Collection. The staff were exceptionally lovely, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. The breakfast options were great, offering a wide variety to choose from. The hotel's location in the city center was perfect, making it convenient to explore and access other attractions. The fact that the hotel is attached to a fantastic steak restaurant was a major plus too. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Excellent location for a theatre break. Beautiful, clean rooms with comfy beds and everything you need. Lovely staff, welcoming and friendly. Restaurant is beautifully set out and the steaks are delicious. Highly recommend and will book again.
