The room was clean and comfortable, with modern AC and a balcony. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and provided helpful local knowledge. The location, although not the best, was still not far from central places. Best of all, it was excellent value for money!

the location was optimal, with easy access to the bus stop and nearby amenities like a bakery and supermarket. the villa itself offered great value for money, with daily cleaning of the room and bathroom, fresh towels, and regular bed linen changes. the swimming pool was crystal clean, and the view from my balcony was amazing, with sights of Fira and the sea. A big thank you to Mrs Maria and her daughter for taking such good care of the guesthouse.

We had a great time at Villa Pelekanos in Santorini. The hostess, Maria, was incredibly friendly and took good care of us throughout our stay. The room was clean and had everything we needed, including a small balcony. We also enjoyed the small swimming pool in front of our room. Maria even helped us arrange a motorbike rental so we could explore the island. we highly recommend Villa Pelekanos for budget travelers looking for a nice place to stay.

I stayed for one night and wished I could have stayed longer. The location is perfect, away from the busy Thira but still within walking distance, and much more affordable. There are great cafes, restaurants , and an amazing bakery near the bus stop. The pool was a nice spot to relax. The owner was friendly and very helpful. a pleasant and lovely stay.

We had a great stay at Villa Pelekanos! the owner, Maria, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. the room was clean and offered good value for the price. Plus, the location in the lovely village of Karterados was perfect. It was within reasonable walking distance to the Fiera bus stop, and Karterados itself was more relaxed and cheaper than Fiera while still being centrally located. We also loved the convenience of being able to rent an ATV right at the guest house. And of course, the private parking and cool swimming pool were added bonuses. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had such a pleasant and lovely stay at Villa Pelekanos. the owner, Maria, was super nice and helpful. She gave us all the useful information we needed and made sure we were happy with our room, wifi, and everything else we needed. Maria even helped us get a great discount on renting a quad and went out of her way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. the house and pool were cleaned every day, exceeding our expectations for the price. We were able to relax by the pool and use the shower before our flight thanks to Maria's kindness. We truly appreciated her assistance in getting us to the airport on time. If only every property owner were as beautiful and helpful as Maria, the world would be a better place.

When it was time for us to catch a ferry at the port, they offered us a ride, which was a nice gesture. the rooms were comfortable and the hotel had a clean swimming pool. the location was convenient, with a short 15-minute walk to Fira city center and a 5-minute walk to the bus stop.

The location of the hotel was not ideal as it was quite far from the town and the local beach, making it inconvenient for us to walk to these places. The uphill walk to the Fiera bus stop was exhausting and time-consuming. However, once we reached the township, we were able to enjoy some beautiful meals at the local restaurants. The view from our room, specifically Room No. 2, was stunning, with one side overlooking Fira and the other side offering a picturesque view of the sea. the room was spacious and clean, providing us with a comfortable stay. The daily cleaning of the room and bathroom, as mentioned in the reviews, was definitely a plus. The hotel also offered free transfers from the airport, which was a convenient service.

The hotel did not have a stove or hot plates in the kitchen area, which was a disappointment for us as we had hoped to do some cooking during our stay. the hotel only accepted cash payments, which caught us off guard as we had made our reservation using a card.
