I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The little balcony overlooking the sea was lovely, and the reason I chose this place. The staff at the bar were really friendly and helpful. Easy to walk to restaurants, pubs, and the city center.

I recently stayed at Mode Hotel in St Annes for a short break. The hotel is ideally located right on the seafront, near the town center. The reception/bar area has a modern and welcoming atmosphere. My room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the continental breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options. I was particularly impressed with the helpfulness of the reception staff, who quickly provided an iron and ironing board upon request. The hotel's contemporary decor and spacious room with a large bed added to the overall positive experience. Additionally, the small balcony overlooking the sea was a highlight of my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel without hesitation.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the beach and very close to the center of St Annes, making it easy to explore the area. The room was exceptionally clean and had a lovely balcony with a great view. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the well-stocked tea/coffee tray and the fluffy towels in the bathroom.

The breakfast options were somewhat limited and not good value for money.

We had a balcony room with a perfect view, just like we hoped for. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spotless. The bar/lounge area was very cozy and the staff were friendly. The buffet breakfast was superb. we had a lovely stay.

Had a brilliant time at this hotel by the seaside. the staff were really caring and polite, and the rooms were always spotless. Location was great, only a short walk to town and the attractions nearby. the breakfast buffet had a good choice, perfect to start the day. loved that pets were not allowed in the hotel.

Sadly, our room didn't have much natural light, so it felt quite dark. However, it was comfortable nevertheless.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Mode Hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The free car parking right outside was a bonus. The bar was modern and welcoming, with a great buy one get one free gin offer between 6-7pm. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the beautiful sea view from our room. The continental breakfast exceeded our expectations with a great variety of options.

We had an amazing stay at this 4-star hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the seafront with a beautiful view. We loved being able to walk across the road to the beach and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The service at this hotel is outstanding, from the friendly and helpful staff to the excellent housekeeping and laundry services. We were treated like VIPs from the moment we arrived, with a welcome drink and happy hour in the bar. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable bed.
