A delightful stay at Monkey Island Estate. The location is excellent, perfect for that last leg of the journey. The staff are incredibly friendly and polite, some of the best I've encountered. The entire estate is beautifully presented and peaceful, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The bed was very comfy and the duvet was lovely. The breakfast served was nice, and the bar staff were excellent and attentive. Spencer the cat was a wonderful addition to the stay, adding that extra charm. a wonderful experience.

I recently stayed at Monkey Island Estate and had a wonderful time. The hotel exceeded my high standards with outstanding decor and a delightful ambience. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help. The grounds were stunning, perfect for taking pictures. The hotel is also very dog-friendly, and my furry friend had a great time. The attention to detail was impeccable, from welcome snacks to unexpected pastries and coffees in the lounge. a truly enjoyable experience.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was simply amazing. the location was perfect: right by the river with gorgeous views and plenty of opportunities for photos. the hotel had great amenities, like complimentary baked treats, and the room was small but lovely. the bathroom amenities were a nice touch, and the digital radio made it easy to listen to music while getting ready.

There really wasn't anything to dislike. the only minor aspect was that the staff seemed a bit stressed due to the Christmas rush, but they still managed to provide excellent service and make us feel welcome.

The hotel could benefit from some modernization and refurbishment to bring it up to date.

Located on an island in the Thames, Monkey Island Estate offers a unique and picturesque setting. Guests can enjoy the tranquility of the river, complete with resident peacocks and stunning views. The hotel is conveniently situated near Bray village centre, where visitors can indulge in a culinary adventure at The Fat Duck, and just a short trip away from Windsor town centre. The rooms are comfortable with crisp white linen and amazing views of the gardens and river.

I had the most amazing stay at a hotel by the River Thames for my Daughter's Wedding. The ceremony on the lawn overlooking the river was simply beautiful, and the weather couldn't have been better. The staff were outstanding, especially Andrew and Duncan who were always on hand to ensure everything went smoothly. Stephen at reception was incredibly helpful, and Mohammed was always ready to lend a hand. A special mention to Denise, our Wedding organizer, who made sure my Daughter's every need was taken care of. The self-service breakfast had a great selection, and the "bottomless" tea and coffee were a lovely touch. The value for money was exceptional, making the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel.
