The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, the Pablo Center, and the riverfront. the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. We enjoyed the unique crafted drinks at the hotel's bars and the delicious food at the restaurant. the staff was excellent and provided great service.

The parking situation was confusing and the options were limited. There was no one to help with my bags upon arrival.

Walking around is convenient, as there are many places to go to in the Arts district. The rooms and bathrooms are modern and clean, with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. Breakfast is delicious, and the view from the room is lovely, giving the feeling of being in the heart of the city.

Bed and shower were loved, along with free parking. Scenic view from room of downtown and hills. Close to downtown amenities and walking paths along river.

This hotel has a fantastic location right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore all the local attractions. The hotel also welcomed my husband's Seeing Eye Dog without any issues. The location was great, with shops nearby and easy access to attractions in the area. I highly recommend this hotel for a warm and inviting stay.

The location of Doubletree By Hilton was perfect for exploring downtown Eau Claire. The comfy bed provided a good night's rest after a long day of sightseeing. The warm cookies at check-in were a nice touch. I recommend this hotel.

The renovated rooms at this hotel were clean and modern, with a nice touch of unique decor. the full glass door closure in the shower was a great feature, keeping the water contained. the toiletries provided were also of high quality. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to downtown attractions and a Saturday morning farmers market.

The lack of a continental breakfast for the price of the room was disappointing. the service at the Informalist Restaurant was slow and the lunch menu was limited.

The staff, especially the parking valets Nathan and Isaac, were amazing. They went above and beyond to provide information on biking trails and even printed maps for us on their time off. They also gave us great recommendations for golf courses and other entertainment options.
