The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, the Pablo Center, and the riverfront. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. We enjoyed the unique crafted drinks at the hotel's bars and the delicious food at the restaurant. The staff was excellent and provided great service.

The parking situation was confusing and the options were limited. There was no one to help with my bags upon arrival.

The staff, especially the parking valets Nathan and Isaac, were amazing. They went above and beyond to provide information on biking trails and even printed maps for us on their time off. They also gave us great recommendations for golf courses and other entertainment options.
