Good breakfast options, vegan choices available if requested in advance. Partner enjoyed meaty breakfast. Conservatory area would be nice for breakfast.

moorlands exceeded our previous helensburgh stay! lesley and simon welcomed us warmly, the comfortable room and excellent breakfast made us feel at home. great location near train station and attractions like hill house and loch lomond. lovely town with shops, parks, and walks. we'll definitely return!

moorlands b&b was even better than my previous stay in helensburgh. the rooms were luxurious, the art collections fascinating, and the views of arran breathtaking. lesley's warm welcome and attention to detail made our valentine's day stay extra special. highly recommend exploring the local restaurants, especially cattle and creel, for delicious food and friendly staff.

We got great value for our money at Moorlands B&B. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and had a fabulous view. The location was perfect, with easy access to the town center and the train station. The staff, especially Lesley and Simon, were welcoming, friendly.

Breakfast items could have been more diverse.

The view from this Victorian-style house is absolutely breathtaking. Conveniently located near the train station and just a short walk from the seafront, it's perfect for guests with disabilities. The owners are friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast served fresh and delicious.

As bike riders, we loved the convenience of the stunning views and beautiful garden at Moorlands. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area by bike, and it was great to have a comfortable and homely room to relax in after a day of riding. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and we really appreciated the special request for scrambled eggs for breakfast. Moorlands provided a lovely and enjoyable stay for us as bike riders.

Some rooms may have unusual color schemes, which could make them feel dark and not to everyone's taste.

Had a fantastic stay at Moorlands Bed & Breakfast. the B&B was perfect for us. the host, Margaret, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for our stay, even giving us recommendations for places to visit. the room was great, with a private bathroom. the location was excellent, with beautiful gardens and within walking distance of the seafront.
