my stay at the mortimer arms was fantastic! exceeded my expectations after staying in romsey before. the staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent. i especially loved the dog-friendly atmosphere and the cozy bar area. will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay here! The location was perfect for our trip to Paultons Park, just a short walk away. The staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was clean and spacious, with all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and the food at the restaurant was amazing too. We also loved the peaceful atmosphere and the lovely sitting area in the back yard. Highly recommended!

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room had a cozy and clean ambiance. The shower and bathing products provided were excellent, and the staff were accommodating and helpful. The location was pet-friendly, which was perfect for us, and there were plenty of great walks nearby. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. a great place to stay!

Felt right at home, nothing to complain about!

I really got my money's worth at the Mortimer Arms. The food was amazing, especially the pork wellington, and the cozy pub with draft beers and ciders was a great place to relax. The room was cozy, well-lit, and had a spacious bathroom with a lovely bath. The staff treated me like royalty and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The location was peaceful, with a nice outdoor seating area where I enjoyed my meals.

For breakfast, it would be great to have beans served in a ramakin and a side plate for the toast.

Our Christmas stay was delightful! the staff were warm and welcoming, ensuring we felt at home right away. the food was absolutely delicious and served promptly. We especially enjoyed the variety of dishes available. the location was perfect, allowing us to explore the surrounding area easily. the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and we appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining a tidy environment.

While our overall experience was positive, there were a few minor downsides to note. we found the double bed in our room to be a bit uncomfortable, as it was actually two twins pushed together.

We recently stayed in a quiet, comfortable and spacious room with lovely bed linen and towels. We enjoyed a delicious and diverse breakfast with lots of choices. the staff were great and very friendly.

We found traffic noise to be a bit disturbing when we had the window open.
