motel one london-tower hill surpassed my expectations for a romantic date in london. the hotel was clean, eco-friendly, and conveniently located near transit stations. the staff were exceptional and the queen bed was amazingly comfortable. the modern shower and thoughtful amenities made for a great overall experience.

our recent stay in london was fantastic thanks to motel one. the room was small but comfortable and clean, with a good bed and a proper hairdryer. we loved the cozy lounge and the friendly staff. it was such a great experience.

Something was off with the reception. i had to wait while the receptionist chatted with someone else, without offering me a seat or acknowledging my presence.

As a solo traveler, I really enjoyed the clean and comfortable facilities at Motel One Tower Hill. The reception, bar, and other areas were well maintained and cozy. The location was also a plus, with two nearby underground stations and a bus stop right in front of the hotel. It was convenient to have Tesco and Co-op within walking distance, and there were great dining options close by. The view from my room was fantastic, and despite the small shower room, I loved the modern and clean design of the shower and vanity.

The location was just perfect, only a few steps away from the main attraction of the city and the train station. I really appreciated the complimentary water, and the starter kit to prepare coffee or tea in the room was an added bonus.

The only downside of my stay was that I had to wait for a long time at the bar for someone to assist me, but luckily, the receptionist was very helpful and courteous. I also noticed a mistake in my billing during the check-out process, which took quite a bit of time to rectify with no offer of compensation.

My fiancé and I stayed here for a weekend and we were thoroughly impressed. The hotel was clean, glamorously decorated and the staff were friendly. We had no problems at check-in and checkout, making our stay even more enjoyable. Despite the smaller room size, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway.
