the Mount Pleasant offered a warm and welcoming atmosphere with lovely rooms and fluffy towels. the staff were attentive, especially during dinner, and the breakfast served at the table was a great way to start the day. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the town center and parking facilities. it was a fantastic find, and I would definitely consider returning in the future.

A charming adults-only hotel with excellent service that went above and beyond. Varied evening menu and well-prepared food from a talented chef. Delicious breakfast options and a nice surprise to have on-site parking. Although Wi-Fi was not available, it would be a great addition in the future. Definitely a place I would return to or recommend to others.

We received great value for our money with beautifully presented and immaculately clean rooms. The location was perfect, close to town but in a quiet area ideal for relaxation. The staff were cheerful, helpful, and incredibly attentive to our every need.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast even better would have been a more diverse menu selection, perhaps including a vegetarian option or alternative to the meat and fish dishes.

Great value for the money with half board included, spacious and clean room with a lovely view of the garden. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, especially Jonty who even made us fantastic gin and tonics. Convenient location within walking distance of the town and coast.
