We had an amazing anniversary stay at No.10 Preston! The staff made us feel so special, upgrading us to a beautiful fairytale room and even giving us a bottle of prosecco to celebrate. The room was stunning, with a comfortable four-poster bed and the breakfast delivered to our room was fantastic. The hotel's location in the city centre was perfect, within walking distance to all the amenities.

The location of the apartment is great, right in the center of Preston, making it convenient to explore the city. It is also very near the train station, making it easy to travel to other places. The room itself was clean and modern, with spacious and comfortable facilities. The staff provided friendly and helpful service, and the overall value for money was exceptional.

The apartment had a distinct smell of smoking, possibly coming from the room or the staff smoking outside.

The rooms were perfect for our short stay. We were surprised by how cosy and comfortable the beds were! We loved having a kitchenette and breakfast options. the staff were amazing and very friendly, they even gave us a little goodie bag when we left. We also appreciated the location which was close to shops and cafes.

Although we were only staying for one night, we noticed that the front room had no windows which might be a downside for those staying longer. However, this was not a big issue for us as we were only there for a short pit stop on our way to another destination.

The Tiffany room was outstanding! Ross, the hotel manager, is super attentive and helpful. The rooms were lovely, cosy, and bright, with a seating area perfect for us party people. The staff at No.10 are absolutely amazing, making us feel welcomed from the minute we arrived. The room was much larger than expected, and we were even able to check in early. The location is fantastic, being just a stone's throw away from loads of bars and restaurants.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room design was unique and stylish, and I loved the self check-in process. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, close to the railway station. Even though there were a few minor downsides like noise from the floors and lack of soundproofing, overall, I had a great experience.
