Nothing everything was great.

Had a blast during Easter break. Close to key spots. Location was ace, near everything we needed. Super peaceful park vibes made it a chill getaway. the crew were spot on, helped with fresh bedding and all.

Struggled to contact staff after hours, bummer when things went sideways. Should amp up the communication game for better support.

I always return for holidays. the friendly staff once helped with bug spray. Perfect for me with Wi, Fi, off, site car park, laundry. Rooms have flat, screen TV, electric kettle, and kitchen essentials. Pets allowed, and no smoking.

the surroundings were peaceful, making it a perfect spot to relax after a busy day out. the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring our stay was comfortable. I especially appreciated the laundry service and the beautiful garden area where I could unwind with a cup of coffee.

One area that could be improved upon is the ironing facilities in the room. It would have been convenient to have an iron readily available instead of having to go to reception.

We hit up Hotel Triplets Entertainment and Family Place - the vibes were on fire! So much to do, we never got bored. the crew was so chill and had our backs. Defo coming back for round two!

Just one thing tho, we need more lit party spots for young peeps like us. A designated area for late-night hangs and music would be wicked!

Parking setup was a bit confusing at first, down a narrow lane, but nothing major; wouldn't deter a return stay! 🌿.

I appreciated the lovely gesture of a kind lady bringing us fresh bedding. it was a great value for the money, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

One minor inconvenience was the absence of an iron in the room and the radiators showing signs of rust.

The kids were thrilled with the variety of activities, from the playground to the swimming pool. The caravan was cozy and modern, perfect for our large family, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time. Cons: My wife says that having a children's play area closer to the caravan pitches would have been more convenient for families with young children.

The small bathroom. The toilet was too close to the wall, making it uncomfortable to use.

The cozy cabins were EVEN BETTER in real life. Can't wait to return and soak in the peaceful atmosphere!

I had a wonderful stay at a modern and peaceful caravan at a nice park. the staff at reception was very helpful and accommodating, even arranging a free upgrade for me. the lounge area was spacious and the main bedroom was roomy. It was a pleasant surprise to have milk, tea, coffee, and fresh flowers provided. I had a great experience and would definitely stay again.
