our recent stay in chester was amazing! moxy exceeded our expectations with their amazing staff, great atmosphere, and very clean rooms. the breakfast was lovely with a variety of options and it was great value for money. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the city centre.

We loved the clean, quirky, and modern vibe of the hotel and its central location. The games scattered around were a nice touch, and we appreciated the added security with key card access for the outer doors and lifts. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the facilities were excellent, making for a pleasant stay.

My stay at Moxy was amazing! The location next to the canal was perfect for me, as I love canals and canal boats. The hotel was centrally located, just a 5-minute walk to shops, bars, restaurants, and the train station. The quirky decor with messages on the walls and mirrors added a cute touch to the hotel. The M Floor with the pool table and seating areas was a great place to socialize or relax with a book. The staff, especially Chris, Rich, Keith, and Craig. I also appreciated the luggage holding room, which allowed us to enjoy our last few hours in Chester without lugging around our bags. I highly recommend this hotel for its fabulous location, comfortable rooms, and exceptional staff.

Friendly staff who went above and beyond, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. the location was perfect, close to everything we needed. the complimentary sausages for our dog were a lovely touch. We also loved the modern and spotless rooms with cool features, like the motion-activated lights under the bed.

The fire alarm going off early and the unapologetic staff, and also not receiving the free cocktail we were promised. However, these minor issues did not overshadow the overall positive experience.
