Friendly hosts and good breakfast. The hosts were welcoming and the breakfast options were excellent, with plenty of choice to suit everyone's taste. The quality of the produce was also very good. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to main bus stops and taxi ranks. It was also a short walk to the main shopping area and promenade.

Limited car parking options. The hotel's car parking situation was not ideal, as finding a parking spot near the hotel was a bit of a lottery.

The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless and cosy, with lovely decor throughout. The breakfast selection was wide and delicious, ensuring a perfect start to the day. the location was ideal - close to the town and promenade, but tucked away on a quiet street, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.

Although the bathroom was small, it was still functional. However, the basin could benefit from a swivel tap to provide more room for washing.

Mulberry House in Llandudno - We had a fantastic stay here! The best aspects were the central location , the exceptional breakfast , and the amazing hosts. Dave and Jackie always went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the beds were made up daily. We felt comfortable and relaxed, especially with their understanding and compassion towards our son's special needs.

Renovated Victorian guesthouse with beautiful dining room and spotlessly clean areas. Excellent Free Trade coffee and 'cooked to order' breakfasts. Warm and comfortable bedroom with plenty of storage space and coat hangers. Friendly and welcoming hosts provided lovely tea and coffee and offered to dry clothes in the tumble dryer. Outstanding customer service and delicious cooked breakfast.
