The hotel is also conveniently located close to the railway station, making it easily accessible for travelers. despite roadworks on the A66, it is still possible to reach the hotel without much inconvenience.

I recently stayed at the Black Bull Inn in Nateby with my family for a few nights. The inn was very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. The location may not be picturesque, but it was convenient for exploring the beautiful Dales and Lakes area. The inn offered great value for money and the food was delicious and fresh. We felt right at home during our stay and would definitely return.

I was thrilled with the exceptional service I received at The Black Bull. When a backpack shuttle service failed to deliver my bag, the manager went above and beyond to personally deliver it to me 15 miles away. The breakfast was delicious, the dinner was superb, and the live music in the bar added a wonderful atmosphere to my stay. The cozy and clean room, along with the warm and attentive family-run business, made my stay truly enjoyable. Despite a small window for breakfast and check-out, I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location in the upper Eden valley is amazing. You can enjoy a drink outside in the delightful beer garden overlooking the countryside. The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and extensive tea/coffee tray. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious and included local produce.

The quiet atmosphere was a bonus, as there is no non-dining pub area, so there was no late night noise. I would definitely recommend and revisit this gem of a hotel.
