I had the most amazing stay at this hotel in this city. The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated, with stunning views across the ocean from the kitchen. The beds were extra-large and super comfy, and the toiletries provided were divine. The hotel also provided a generous welcome pack and the staff were very welcoming. The location right by the waterfront with views across to the islands was absolutely breathtaking.

The apartment had stunning panoramic views of the sea and harbour. The kitchen facilities were excellent with a range of appliances. The bathroom was modern and clean with a great shower. The living room had comfortable seating and a large TV with plenty of channels. Both bedrooms had comfortable beds and the whole apartment was warm and cozy.

Felt special, nothing too much trouble.

The room was absolutely spotless and looked brand new. The hospitality of the hosts was outstanding and they even accommodated my wife's gluten-free diet with delicious pancakes. The location was perfect, with a good-sized car park and easy access to the harbor and boat tours.

The lodges advertised as "sea view" had limited views due to neighboring lodges blocking the view. Some parts of the lodge felt under-furnished, lacking essentials like bedside tables and headboards.

We had an incredible stay at the hotel in John O'Groats. the location is unbeatable, right on the water with stunning sea views. Our apartment was spacious and beautifully furnished, with everything we needed. There were plenty of shops within a short walk, making it convenient for any necessities. the highlight was the fantastic General Manager, Stephanie, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. We enjoyed the Maxi Day of Orkney tour, which was a great addition to our trip. the friendly staff and lovely accommodations made our holiday truly unforgettable.

The kitchen facilities were excellent, including a microwave, oven, dishwasher, and fridge with freezer. The bathroom was clean and modern, with a great shower over the bath. The living room had a dining table, comfortable sofas, and a large television with plenty of channels. The beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable, and the entire apartment was warm and cozy. The staff, especially Steph, were helpful and provided important local information.

I had a fantastic stay at a cozy lodge in a fabulous location, overlooking the sea. The lodge had three double bedrooms and modern furnishings. The open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge were spacious and comfortable. The lodge was immaculately clean and had all the amenities I needed for a complete getaway. Plus, the ferry to Orkney was conveniently located nearby for a day trip. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this place.

I was a bit disappointed that there was no welcome pack upon arrival, which meant I had to drive to a nearby store for basics. Additionally, the lack of phone signal and the WiFi not working made it difficult to contact the manager for assistance.

Stunning Views and Wonderful Stay

The occasional noise from other guests. We were occasionally disturbed by noise from neighboring rooms, which affected our sleep quality.

stayed at a great location in john o' groats with awesome sea views. the apartments were clean, comfortable, and well-furnished. loved the proximity to the ferry to orkney island and the option to cook and enjoy dinner with a view. exceeded my expectations!
