Despite the location and friendly staff, our experience was marred by significant discomfort due to the beds. Both the double bed and the sofa bed were quite small, leading to restless nights. Additionally, the communication before our stay was frustrating. we were repeatedly contacted about a security deposit we had already paid, which caused unnecessary stress.

The view from our window was dope. we loved bein able to walk to nice restaurants and shops nearby. overall it was comfy for our fam!

The studio flat was surprisingly spacious and adequately equipped for our family of three. it felt comfortable and clean. We were able to leave our bags with the concierge before check-in, allowing us to maximize our time in the area. Unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning made it a bit warm at night, which disrupted sleep. The fast customer service greatly improved our experience, assuring everything was handled smoothly.

Fantastic view of the London Eye from the 9th floor and spacious bedrooms with comfy beds. The flat had a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for our needs. Starbucks right across the street was a delicious perk for our adventures!

It would have been fab to have a proper towel rack instead of a tiny heated one. The place got a tad too warm at night, apparently, the windows weren't designed for fresh air!

We had an amazing view from the 9th floor, saw the London Eye right from our flat! Also, I was thrilled to find a Starbucks just across the street, perfect for grabbing coffee before we started our adventures every day.

It was not inexpensive , but for the experience and location it was alright.
