The staff at the Rok Hotel were exceptional, especially Tracey Ann at the front desk. She went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, particularly for our group with a disabled member. The hotel was clean and had a modern design that I loved. The check-in experience was smooth and the staff provided clear explanations of the property and amenities. The security measures, like using your card in the lift, made us feel safe and secure. The location was great and the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful.
