The welcome pack provided some essentials like bread, milk, eggs, and cookies, which was a nice touch. the log burner was ready to use and made the property cozy. the bed was very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. the bath in the bedroom was a luxury and perfect for a relaxing soak. the property was warm and the hosts were welcoming. the guidance provided by the hosts was accurate and helpful. the gated entrance and well-lit driveway added a sense of security. the overall farm and property were well-equipped and well-thought-out. It was a peaceful and quiet location, perfect for a getaway.

I mistakenly hit my head on the low ceiling at the top of the spiral staircase as I was distracted while carrying suitcases. It's worth noting for taller guests to be careful.

there was a plumbing issue where the bathroom leaked in the middle of the night, which had apparently occurred before. This required us to manually turn off the water, and a permanent fix is necessary.

Appreciated the extra touches like milk, butter, cookies, and sweets. The surrounding countryside offers excellent scenic walks, and the nearby town has lots of independent shops.

There was nothing I didn't like.

As women travelling alone, we felt at ease and safe at Nether Farm Barns. The property was immaculate with comfortable beds, a modern kitchen and bathroom, and all the necessary appliances. The log fire added a cozy touch and there was plenty of firewood. The location was peaceful and the host, Pam, was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning for another stay.
