I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. The location was perfect, right in the center of this city, near Union Square. Transportation was very convenient with public transportation close by. The hotel had great facilities, including free tea and coffee, a nice sitting area, and reliable WiFi. Additionally, the hotel was very clean and had a good size refrigerator with a separate freezer.

the friendly receptionist made me feel welcome right away and the clean and spacious facilities exceeded my expectations. the showers had constant, strong jets of warm water and the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided smelled great. the location is very central and convenient, just a 5-minute walk from downtown. Plus, there are plenty of amenities nearby, including a Starbucks and a 24-hour CVS. the staff was friendly and there was free coffee all day.

my recent stay at a hotel in SF was pleasant. Urban exceeded my expectations during the carnival. The staff were wonderful and the location was superb, near Chinatown and the train station. I felt safe and the room was clean. Will definitely stay again!

The staff at the front-desk were very helpful, and they kept my groceries. Comfy rooms with a view of Dragon Gate. Well-located for sightseeing in Union Square, Chinatown, French District, Fisherman's Wharf, and the Piers. Clean with 24/7 coffee availability. Appealing price. Highly recommended.

The location of this budget hotel is unbeatable - right next to Chinatown and in the heart of the city. It is conveniently near Union Square, allowing easy access to shopping and dining options. The rooms are clean and the staff is polite and friendly. the hotel provides free coffee and juice in the mornings.

The rooms are on the smaller side and may feel cramped for two people.

I recently stayed at The Urban for a quick one-night trip. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the shops and right across from Chinatown. I even caught the Big Bus Tour right from across the road! The staff at The Urban were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean and safe, with closed doors and reception staff ensuring security. Both the room and shared facilities, such as showers and restrooms, were very clean and well-maintained. Despite its central location, the hotel was quiet at night, providing a peaceful night's sleep.

I stayed at The Urban for a few nights while visiting my son who lives nearby. The location was perfect, with downtown workplaces, designer stores, and BART within walking distance. The room itself was modern and clean, with all the amenities I needed including a sink, desk, TV, WiFi, and armoire. The shared bathroom and shower, located just a couple doors down, were always available and very clean. I appreciated the 24-hour front desk and the complimentary orange juice, coffee, and microwave in the morning.

The hotel is in a great location, close to fantastic restaurants, cafes, and bars. the central location made it easy for me to explore the city and enjoy the vibrant nightlife. the staff at the hotel were incredibly accommodating and friendly. the mattress in my room was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The shared bathrooms at the hotel were a downside for me. It would have been more convenient to have a private bathroom in my room.
