We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, well-serviced, and warm. The food was beautiful - always hot and tasty. The hotel had plenty of lounge spaces for a quiet read. The location was great, very close to the city and the train station.

Plenty of parking, stunning sea view, lovely spa facilities, warm and fresh towels, attentive staff.

The property itself was stunning, with well-kept gardens and a beautiful main building. It would be the perfect backdrop for a wedding. The period property has been tastefully modernized, keeping its original features intact. The on-site chef provide fantastic food, though it can be a bit pricey. The hotel offers a pool, Jacuzzi, and steam room, which is a nice bonus for residents.

Felt a lack of home care, but overall no complaints whatsoever.

We recently went on a romantic escape and stayed at this beautiful hotel and spa. the building's vintage style was a key element that added character and charm to the interiors. the gardens offered stunning views, which we enjoyed while sipping on our drinks. We felt relaxed and pampered with the great spa facilities, and the location was perfect for us as it was away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We did find that the room was a bit dated, with minor wear and tear in places. the temperature in the shower was hard to control, fluctuating between scalding hot and cold after just a few minutes.

I had a fantastic stay at a grand old country house with fabulous grounds. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the ultra-modern and spotlessly clean spa. The sauna and steam combination was the best I've ever experienced, and the jacuzzis were just fantastic. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us, from the guy at the bar to the porter who took us to our room. The location was also convenient, being very near the train station and away from the busy parts of the Lake District. Breakfast was delightful, and the views across the bay were absolutely stunning.

The food at Netherwood Hotel & Spa was exceptional. Every meal I had was delicious and full of flavors. The breakfast options were varied and the quality was top-notch. The chefs really know how to create memorable dining experiences.

Although the room was a bit dated, it was still comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The bed was cozy and I had no trouble getting comfortable.

I recently stayed at a hotel located near the stunning Lake District. The location was perfect as it was just a short walk from the train station, making it very convenient for travelers like me. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. In addition, the hotel had a spa with a variety of facilities, allowing guests to relax and unwind after a busy day.

The bar area was slightly small and understaffed, which made it a bit difficult to get a drink at times.

stayed in grange-over-sands before but netherwood hotel & spa was a pleasant surprise! beautiful decor, tasty food, and friendly staff. loved the spa and the stunning views. will definitely be back!

Dark rooms with no view.

The hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices. The staff go above and beyond to provide excellent service, and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms, especially those with glorious views over the bay, are spacious and comfortable.

Lovely hotel, fantastic view of Morecambe Bay

During our stay at Netherwood Hotel & Spa, we had the pleasure of experiencing the breathtaking view of Morecambe Bay from our room. The hotel itself was beautiful, with charming lounges and a cozy atmosphere created by the open fire. The breakfast selection was top-notch, and we enjoyed a delicious dinner with high-quality dishes. While the coffee at breakfast could have been better, it was a small point in an otherwise pleasant experience. The bed was firm and very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The young staff members were helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. With its stunning location and excellent amenities, we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
