They were knowledgeable about the local area and provided great recommendations for nearby attractions and facilities. the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the town center and a short walk to the seafront. This made exploring the city and enjoying the coastal views very convenient. the fresh coffee available at the bar for a reasonable price was a lovely touch and a great way to start the day.

the room could benefit from some modernization, as it appeared outdated and in need of refurbishment. the car park was quite small and finding a spot took some time.

We loved the fabulous refurbished room, with its light and airy atmosphere. The new carpet, curtains, chairs, and air conditioning were fantastic, especially with the hot weather. The bathroom was also very nice. The location was fairly good, on the edge of town and close to The Hoe. The indoor pool was a great amenity for families with children.

The location of Sure Hotel Collection was perfect, just a short walk to the city center. The reception area and bar were clean and well-maintained. The hotel's use of facilities such as the pool and sauna was a great added bonus. The paid breakfast was delicious and worth the money. Despite a few drawbacks, the room temperature was comfortable and the building itself was beautiful and nicely furnished. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Great location for the theatre, Plymouth Pavilions, Barbican, and the city centre. Friendly staff, good sized rooms, and a good shower. Excellent quality food in the restaurant and enjoyable leisure facilities.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Plymouth. the location was perfect, situated on a bustling crossroad with easy access to shops, theaters, and restaurants. It made exploring the city a breeze. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and responsive to all my needs. It really made me feel welcome and taken care of during my stay. Another positive aspect was the attention to detail. The rooms were kept very clean, and I appreciated the basic amenities provided. Additionally, my room on the higher floor offered a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, allowing for a good night's sleep.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was excellent and there isn't anything I believe could be improved.

The hotel was centrally located and had a good breakfast. We appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee in the room, as well as the free Wi-Fi. the staff were friendly and welcoming. They also provided a complimentary map with helpful suggestions for places to visit.

The room was uncomfortable and hot due to poor ventilation, which made it difficult to sleep well. We also experienced noise disturbances from other rooms during the night, which made our stay less enjoyable.
