Excellent Choice for a Heathrow Stay

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and had easy access to public transportation. The pool area was enjoyable and open to children until late. This made it a great option for families. Additionally, the hotel provided reasonable Uber costs to and from popular attractions like LEGO Land.

There were a couple of negative aspects during my stay. there was an issue with connecting rooms that had been confirmed in advance but were not initially provided upon arrival.

The staff members were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay special. We also took advantage of the well-maintained pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi, which added to our overall enjoyment. We definitely plan on staying here again for our next visit.

Super comfy beds with heavenly shower in spacious Executive Room. Friendly staff accommodated picky eaters at breakfast and dinner, while kids enjoyed excellent pool. Professional, polite and quick to resolve issues, with well-controlled gym and swimming crowd. The lobby is gorgeous, well-lit and conducive for relaxation, almost like a shopping mall. Would definitely stay again for the great hotel hospitality.
