We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Newcastle Arms. The room was lovely, clean, and warm, with a nicely refurbished bathroom and a good-sized walk-in shower. The customer service was excellent, especially from the barmaid who went above and beyond to help me find my lost phone. Easy off-road parking was a plus too. I highly recommend this hotel.
