I recently stayed at a lovely accommodation in Newport and had a fantastic experience. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The WiFi connection was great, allowing me to stay connected and browse the internet seamlessly. The kitchen facilities were well-equipped and clean, making it easy for me to prepare my meals. The location of the accommodation was also ideal, with easy access to the town and a beautiful view of the river. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was superb as it was close to all amenities, including restaurants and shops. Additionally, it was conveniently situated near the Town Centre, making it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was great, with easy access to the river side and Friars Walk for restaurants and coffee. The room was clean, tidy, and not crowded. The shower had comfortably warm water and the bed was comfortable. The WiFi was extremely fast. It was also convenient to have a kitchen with a microwave.

A major downside was the pillow. There were four pillows provided, but they were unable to support my neck and kept sinking throughout the night, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

That the room faced a busy road, so there was some traffic noise, especially during the day. However, the noise did die down in the evenings and didn't cause any major disruptions.

Stayed here for a weekend while searching for accommodation for my daughter. Good location, reasonable price, and a secure building with fob entry. The 24-hour reception was a bonus, and the clean and spacious room on the top floor offered decent views. The shower had a minor issue, but it was promptly fixed. The hotel also had a reliable lift and was overall very clean and secure.

The room was clean with a good view, and the shared kitchen facilities were convenient for preparing meals. Reasonably secure bike parking was available, which was important to me as a cyclist. It was located within a 10-minute walk of the city center, providing easy access to restaurants and bars.

The 30Mb broadband was a great bonus, and the double room with a bay window and view was amazing. The shared kitchen was mostly private, and with two fridges, storing food was never a concern. The free parking was a big plus, as I didn't have to worry about paying for over 4 years now. The location was brilliant, easy to find and not too far from the city center. The cleanliness of the building, our room, and the kitchen was excellent. The customer service was top-notch, and the walk-in shower room with clean towels was a nice touch.

The cleanliness of the room was a major issue. There were bug infestations in my initial room, and although I was moved to another room, it was still not properly cleaned.
