We loved the individual style rooms and the cool basement bar. The turn down service with milk and cookies was a nice touch, and the pre-breakfast croissants and juice were a great addition. The hotel had everything we needed under one roof, including a fine dining restaurant, a gin & juice bar, and a lovely spot for breakfast. The location was perfect, with a beautiful garden right opposite the hotel, and it was quick to reach local Cotswold villages and other restaurants nearby.

the rooms were perfect with great character and the bathrooms were spacious. the food in the restaurant was amazing, highly recommend eating there. breakfast was one of the best we've ever had. No131 The Promenade in Cheltenham exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be returning.

This place is in a great location with a happening cocktail bar onsite. The service provided by the staff was amazing - they really went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room amenities were top-notch, from the heating to the tea and coffee facilities. We also loved the terrace and garden furniture, perfect for enjoying a drink in the evening.

Families will absolutely love this hotel and all the amenities it has to offer.

The breakfast provided complimentary orange juice and croissants which was a nice touch. the electronics in the room were modern and great to see, including a TV and audio fan. the hotel's location downtown was convenient and close to everything.

The reception area was small and the check-in process was a bit weird. the room on the top floor was uncomfortably hot, and it was difficult to find the thermostat.

We especially loved the trendy and swish decor of the hotel, giving it a unique ambiance. The attached Gin & Juice bar was a lively spot with great music and cocktails. we highly recommend this hotel for a fun and stylish experience.

The staff, especially the Argentinian receptionist, were pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. The location was great, with YOKU restaurant within walking distance and a beautiful garden opposite the hotel.

I recently stayed at this stylish and chic hotel for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the manager even went out of their way to make us a bacon sandwich when we missed dining room hours. The room was beautiful and the food was delicious, with a high standard all around. The hotel is conveniently located right in the middle of town and offers free parking. a gem of a place with fantastic service!

The location was excellent, right in the heart of town. the complementary drinks at check-in and the free breakfast were nice touches. the main restaurant had a lovely atmosphere.

Our room was very small and the air conditioning wasn't working properly, making for a very uncomfortable night's sleep. the staff also seemed a bit disinterested and didn't make us feel very welcome.

We got great value for our money with an exquisite, tasteful room that had supreme quality and comfort. The location was perfect and easy to park, and the staff gave us a warm welcome and incredible service.

The location, atmosphere, decor, and food at No131 were sublime. Impeccable bars, unbelievable decor, and overall amazing experience. The Superior Double Room was possibly the best room we've ever stayed in. Loved the bath in the bedroom and the massive, comfortable bed with soft linen. Breakfast was delicious.

Quirky room with amazing bathroom, incredibly comfy and large bed. Fabulous complimentary treats like herbal tea, cookies, hot milk, hot chocolate, and croissants. Lovely old building with lots of character, comfy communal areas. A great place to stay, will definitely return! ✨

I must mention a few drawbacks of my stay. The music from the bar below the rooms was quite intrusive, making it difficult to relax and sleep peacefully.
