The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the town and close to the castle and wetland center. the tap room bar had a great selection of ales and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The room was in desperate need of some TLC, with outdated decor and a bathroom that was falling apart. the staff seemed clueless when the fire alarm went off, showing a lack of training.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the centre of a surprisingly attractive town. The location was perfect for exploring the town or going on a walk up to Swanbourne lake. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was faultless. The breakfast, with its option of cooked food included, was also good with great ingredients.

I recently had a great experience at this hotel. the location was fantastic, with everything within easy walking distance. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. Lastly, the rooms were decorated to a high standard, and I loved the rainfall shower over the bath. it was an excellent mini-break.

One area that could be improved upon was the breakfast. While the service was fantastic and the staff were polite and friendly, the selection was a bit lacking.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a super location in a wonderful historic town. The hotel had secure on-site parking for my motorbike, which was a huge plus. My room was located in a quiet courtyard, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from everything in town.

I was lucky to have a refurbished room, so I would recommend making sure you book one of these for your stay. The alleyway between the buildings, which served as the access to and from reception, was dark and uninviting.

The dinner package included in our stay was a great value for money. the waiter was knowledgeable about the deal, and we had a wide range of menu options to choose from. the room we stayed in was clean, spacious, and recently refurbished.

That the room could get a bit noisy on weekends due to nearby pubs. Another negative aspect was the breakfast area, which felt cramped and lacked personal space.
