We stayed at Norwood Guesthouse for a weekend in Loch Lomond. The room was impeccably clean with great facilities. The owner was friendly and accommodating. The location was superb, with a variety of shops, pubs, and restaurants within walking distance. The local taxi firm, Wright Taxis, was also very convenient for getting around to nearby wedding venues. The bus station was just around the corner, making it easy to explore the area with public transport. a perfect spot for a Loch Lomond getaway!

Our stay at Norwood Guesthouse was enjoyable and comfortable. The room we stayed in was cozy with a comfortable bed and a clean ensuite bathroom. They even provided hand sanitizer and delivered a packed breakfast to our door the previous night. The location was great and the WiFi worked well. we had a brilliant stay and would definitely recommend it.

The location of the hotel was superb, with a small shop, chippy, pub, kebab shop. It was also conveniently located near the bus station, making it easy to get around.

Not really a big issue for us, but the hotel was a bit noisy due to being on the main road with passing traffic. Our room, with the window open, allowed in some noise.

Being away from the hustle and bustle of the town was a relief, especially since it was crowded with youngsters. Our room was well-equipped with a full kitchen, including a washing machine and tumble dryer, which came in handy. the breakfast provided was absolutely fabulous, and our lovely host, Mirja, had plenty of information on local attractions and places to visit. the proximity to the River Leven made it convenient for enjoying river cruises and taking a leisurely walk to Balloch Castle.

This hotel is perfect to explore Loch Lomond, especially if you do not have a car and are moving around with public transport. The location is very central and easy to get around and find places.
